Ultrafine Transparent Glitter is like the "watercolours of glitter" when using Dries Clear Adhesive. Although the colours are bright, they are sheer. On a coloured background, the transparent colours (when using Dries Clear) will be affected. To make "snow" out of "ice" (Santas beard or to make any other transparent colour opaque), switch to Dries White Adhesive.
