Delivery & Returns (Retail Customers)

We will try and dispatch all orders within 7 days by Royal Mail first or second class or courier depending on order weight/value.

Please be aware that The Hobby House is closed on a Saturday, Sunday and Monday, so any orders placed on those days may not be processed until Tuesday.

For UK orders over £50, carriage will be free, for anything under this value the carriage charge will be £2.99. We will post orders using either Royal Mail or Courier depending on the weight and value of the order.

For European orders *£6.00 p&p will be added to orders less than £19.99 and *£10.00 p&p for any order over £20.00
For all other Worldwide orders *£6.00 p&p will be added to orders less than *£14.99 and £12.00 p&p for any order over £15.00

* plus VAT if applicable

If the items you have ordered are in stock we will endeavor to dispatch these as promptly as possible. We will let you know as soon as we can if there is likely to be a delay.

Faulty items will be exchanged, however, it is your responsibility to return them to us. Replacements will only be dispatched upon receipt of the faulty item.

Returns can only be accepted if goods are in perfect condition and have not been used or opened, any postage costs for returns unless the item is faulty will be the responsibility of the customer.

Discrepancies with your delivery should be reported to us within two working days of receipt.
