The greyboard shapes are pre-cut, so there's no measuring or cutting of the greyboard pieces required - you only need to cut out the decorating pieces to complete your design.

The Sweet Treats Gingerbread House roof opens so it can be used as a gift box.

Please be aware that The Hobby House is closed on a Saturday, Sunday and Monday, so any orders placed on those days may not be processed until Tuesday.

For UK orders over £75, carriage will be free, for any orders up to £10 post and packing charges are £2.99. For orders £10.01 to £74.99 the postage and packing cost is £3.99. We will post orders using either 1st or 2nd Class Post via Royal Mail.
