Shipping and ReturnsWe will try and dispatch all orders within 7 days by Royal Mail first or second class or courier depending on order weight/value. Please be aware that The Hobby House is closed on a Sunday and Monday, so any orders placed on those days will not be processed until Tuesday. For orders over £50, carriage will be free, for anything under this value the carriage charge will be £2.75. For International orders £10.00 p&p will be added to you order regardless of the value. If the items you have ordered are in stock we will endeavor to dispatch these as promptly as possible. We will let you know as soon as we can if there is likely to be a delay. Faulty items will be exchanged, however, it is your responsibility to return them to us. Replacements will only be dispatched upon receipt of the faulty item. Returns can only be accepted if goods are in perfect condition and have not been used or opened, any postage costs for returns unless the item is faulty will be the responsibility of the customer. We regret that threads and books cannot be returned under any circumstances. If the original order was over £15 therefore qualifying for free postage, then the cost of the goods will be refunded less postage costs incurred by us when sending original order.
